Embedded within this practice is a mindfulness framework that works directly with the root contributors of stress — emotional triggers, mental rumination, muscular armouring, and chronic tension that can quietly erode health over time.

Guided by Gabrielle Mendoza, Yoga Therapist and founder of Uncovering the Oasis Within, this experience invites your nervous system to finally receive the care it deserves. Through breathwork, meditation, and a fully-propped passive sequence, the body is supported to release deep layers of held tension — not through effort, but through time, attention, and presence.
