Building Wellbeing Literacy
Because awareness is only the beginning.
Forward-thinking organisations recognise that supporting employee wellbeing requires more than occasional wellness initiatives—it begins with education. OASIS partners with organisations to build wellbeing literacy through science-based seminars, restorative practices, and experiential learning that help employees better understand how their mind, body, and nervous system shape the way they experience stress, rest, relationships, and everyday life. By equipping teams with practical skills they can return to long after each session, we help organisations foster a more resilient, engaged, and sustainable workplace culture.relationship with it.

Thriving workplace cultures are not built by individuals alone. They are built by people who understand themselves more deeply, relate to one another more compassionately, and contribute to a culture where wellbeing is practised—not just promoted.
My life’s purpose and intention behind OASIS is to help corporate warriors manage their stress in non-medicative ways, and along with that I present a series of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction seminars that integrate somatic experiencing, breath awareness and reflective journaling.
“For more than 80 years, the Harvard Study of Adult Development has explored one simple question: What helps us live long, healthy, and fulfilling lives?
Led by Robert Waldinger, one of the world’s longest-running studies on human wellbeing reached a remarkably simple conclusion: good relationships keep us happier, healthier, and help us live longer.
The research found that the quality of our relationships is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health, resilience, and life satisfaction, while supportive connections also help protect cognitive health as we age.”
