Group classes might not be suited for everyone.
I’ve experienced what it’s like to be self-conscious of my body and practice, and I know how difficult it can be to communicate my physical limitations when an instructor decides to ask and discuss the considerations I suffer from in front of an audience I never wanted to have.
You are safe with me.
I am availing limited slots to extend one or two-on-one care to a handful of recipients in the ways that I personally practise and hold closest to my heart.
During the course of my career I have helped individuals who suffer from auto-immune disorders, chronic pain and terminal illness to manage their associated stress and suffering so that their body can recuperate optimally in dedicated sessions.
My training in yoga therapy has helped many to cope with their injuries, degeneration or post-op recovery.
Compassion is my chosen approach.
Through the chosen path of Restorative Yoga, I encourage people to value the health of their nervous system.
Through the chosen path of Hatha Yoga, I use a delicate blend of provocation and care to edge my students out of their limiting beliefs so that their journey of the self, through the self and to the self can be transformative as they step into the full aliveness of who they are with the disciplined approach required to sharpen the mind and nourish the body.
