The Inner Temple 3
6D5N Silent Yoga Retreat with Gabrielle Mendoza
The Himalayas, 7 - 12 March 2026
A safe, tranquil haven awaits
Seeking Solace: The Inner Temple is a curated experience meant for those who have a dedicated meditation practice, and want to uphold the reverential practice of silence in the form of controlled speech and quietening of thoughts as a way to open themselves to the sacredness of the peaceful, unmoving and silent state of the Self; which is our true nature.
This deeper journey inward is an honest attempt to be present with ourselves as we regulate our ways of being.
Set against the awe of the Gangotri Himalayas, overlooking the tranquil cradle of Tehri Lake, this is a sanctuary carved for noble silence — a tender space where words fall away and deeper truths can finally be heard.
Here, in the hush between breath and mountain echo, we rest into the pause between pain and peace, inviting profound introspection to rise like mist over still waters.
Come sit with what aches, what hopes, what quietly blooms. In this sacred silence, discover The Inner Temple within — as it quietly opens its doors to you.

itinerary
Noble Silence will be practised from sundown on Day 1 to sunrise on Day 6, and the experience will be accompanied by Yoga practices, philosophy reflections, pranayama and meditation. In separating our inner and outer experiences, we will pave the way for union to enhance the quality of our participation in life.
There will be a total of 13 one-hour sessions of Adhiṭṭhāna. Adhiṭṭhāna means strong determination or resolute intention.
It is the inner resolve that anchors the mind when everything else feels unsteady — the silent vow we make within ourselves to stay, to endure, and to continue walking the path no matter what arises.
