Seah Jun Zhi
Restorative Yoga graduate from OASIS batch #3
Corporate warrior by day, mindful yogi by night; a firm believer that walking the path from burnout to balance requires the simple act of slowing down.
How often do we reach the end of the year and wonder, “Where did the time go?” In the rush of the season, our days blur into motion, leaving little room to pause, reflect, or make sense of what we’ve lived. December becomes a month of giving to others, and yet we often overlook replenishing ourselves — arriving at the year’s end with empty shelves inside.
My name is Jun Zhi, and my teaching is grounded in evidence and delivered with empathy. My intention is simple: to offer you a non-judgmental space to come home to yourself, cultivating the balance and self-awareness we all need beyond the mat.
This practice invites you to gently take stock of your year — not through checklists, but through presence. Together, we’ll honour the moments that brought joy, resilience, and connection. Come ready to rest deeply, reflect softly, and refill your heart with gratitude as we close the year with intention.
With love,
Jun Zhi
