Sound Healing for the Workplace

Step away from the noise. Settle into sound. Return with greater ease.

“I use sound as a place for attention to rest. Nothing needs to be solved or achieved; participants are simply invited to receive.”

The Intention Behind the Sound

Gabrielle’s approach is shaped by more than a decade of wellbeing facilitation, together with training in sound healing, Nada Yoga, meditation and yoga therapy.

Having experienced the strain of corporate life herself, she understands that a team cannot always think its way into rest. Her sessions use breath, sound and stillness to create a gentle transition away from constant stimulation.

A Sound Experience Shaped Around Your Team

Each session is gently guided and can be shaped around the time, setting and needs of the group.

01
Mindful Arrival

Simple breath awareness helps participants transition from the pace of the working day into the present moment.

02
Singing Bowl Immersion

Layered tones and resonance create a soundscape participants can receive while resting comfortably.

03
Guided Deep Rest

Stillness and guided relaxation allow the body and mind to settle before participants return to their day.

SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE

Candlelight Sound Healing

Candlelight Sound Healing offers teams a quiet space away from screens, conversation and constant stimulation.

The session begins with mindful breathing before participants are guided into Non-Sleep Deep Rest, resting within the layered resonance of singing bowls.

There is no need to meditate perfectly or reach a particular state. Participants can simply lie back, listen and allow sound to hold their attention for a while.

Available as a 60- or 90-minute workplace experience.

Practical details:
Participants will need yoga mats and enough space to lie down comfortably. A shawl, socks and towels or blankets are also recommended for warmth and support.
