There are moments in life when we become so accustomed to being busy, vigilant, or emotionally activated that we forget what it feels like to truly be at ease. We move through our days responding to demands, absorbing the emotions of those around us, and carrying tensions that quietly become our new normal.
Restorative Yoga is an invitation to find your way back home.
Through gentle, supported practices, mindful breathing, and deep rest, we learn to recognise the subtle signals of our nervous system — noticing when we are grounded and present, and when we have drifted into stress, overwhelm, or disconnection.
This awareness becomes especially valuable in our relationships. When we can recognise our own state of regulation, we are less likely to be unconsciously pulled into the anxiety, anger, urgency, or dysregulation of another person. Instead of being thrown off course, we develop the capacity to remain anchored, responsive, and compassionate without losing ourselves in the process.
At its heart, Restorative Yoga is not simply about relaxation. It is a practice of remembering what safety feels like in the body, so that wherever life takes us, we carry within us an inner place to return to — a quiet, steady home that cannot easily be shaken by the storms around us.
Hosted in an intimate setting of no more than 7 mats.
