I invite you to come and be. As mothers, so much of our energy is poured outward — tending, holding, giving, responding. In this practice, we gently shift from what’s around us to what’s inside. With slow breath and steady presence, we soften into our inner landscape, allowing thoughts and sensations to rise and settle naturally.
This is an invitation to come home to yourself — to rest, to receive, and to let everything be just as it is.
I’m Carole, an enthusiastic woman who loves connecting with people and a mom to a beautiful baby.
I’ll guide our time together with a gentle and grounded approach, creating space for each mother to return to her own rhythm. Rooted in presence, compassion, and deep listening, this practice offers a safe, nurturing environment where you can soften, refill, and reconnect with the parts of you that are so often placed on hold.
*Dads and all other loving caretakers are warmly welcomed to join this practice.
