Within this refuge, we consciously begin to unwind the effects of modern life: stress, emotional overwhelm, mental rumination, and deeply held tension that slowly erodes our wellbeing.

Rooted in mindfulness and nervous system regulation, Restorative Yoga by Gabrielle Mendoza offers a gentle pathway back to ourselves. Through breathwork, meditation, and a fully supported passive practice, we create the conditions for the body to soften and release layers of accumulated stress.

With the luxury of time, guided relaxation, and a deeper understanding of the mind-body relationship, participants are invited to cultivate spaciousness, replenish their inner resources, and receive the care their nervous system so deeply deserves — supporting resilience, preventing burnout, and restoring the capacity to live fully and well.
