Low Huizhen
Restorative Yoga graduate from OASIS batch #4
An attentive and deeply caring soul who is gently growing into herself — learning, softening, and blossoming through each of life’s challenges.
Sometimes, slowing down feels unfamiliar — even uncomfortable. Yet it’s often in these quiet moments, when we give ourselves permission to pause, that the body and mind begin to heal.
In this restorative practice, we move from doing to simply being. Supported poses, gentle breath, and mindful stillness allow the nervous system to settle, and the body to rest fully — without needing to achieve anything. Here, rest itself becomes the practice.
I’m Huizhen, a yoga teacher who has spent years learning how to listen inwardly. I know what it feels like to push past limits, to hold it all together on the outside while quietly unraveling within. Restorative yoga became the space where I learned to reconnect — with my body, my breath, and my own quiet wisdom.
I’ll guide our time together with a slow, grounded approach, creating space for you to explore rest free from guilt, expectation, or performance. As tension softens and breath becomes a gentle companion, you may notice a subtle shift — a little more clarity, a little more ease, a little more presence.
Come as you are.
Let yourself be supported.
Let rest begin the healing.
With love, Huizhen
