Restorative Yoga graduate from OASIS batch #2
A gentle keeper of stillness, who believes healing blossoms not under pressure, but in the quiet safety where we’re finally allowed to soften
In a world hungry for speed and instant results, patience can feel like an inconvenience — an empty pause between where we are and where we wish to be. But what if patience wasn’t a delay… but a nutrient? A quiet sweetness that nourishes you in ways doing never could?
I’m Shivanee, and I’ve learned that true healing doesn’t bloom under pressure — it blossoms when we feel safe enough to soften. My role as a teacher is simply to hold a gentle, judgment-free space where you can set your burdens down, breathe a little deeper, and let your nervous system settle into kindness.
Join us for a restorative yoga session inspired by the sweet nectar of patience — a reminder that healing has its own timing, its own rhythm, its own wisdom. Through long supported rest and tender stillness, we will practice the soft art of waiting without urgency, lingering in the present moment, and letting the body unwound on its own gentle terms.
This is your invitation to rest deeply, to trust the slow unfolding, and to taste the quiet sweetness that emerges when you finally give yourself time.
With love, Shivanee
