Matina Tsiakiri
Restorative Yoga graduate from OASIS batch #4
A loving, affectionate, vivacious soul who blossoms in the heart of community, where her warmth feels like home
Happiness isn’t something we chase — it’s something we learn to allow. In a world that pulls us in every direction, it’s easy to forget that ease, contentment, and joy already live within us. This practice invites you to slow down and reclaim them gently, without striving.
I’m Matina, I’ve been often described as someone whose presence lights up a room, who laughs easily and brings colour and joy into the spaces they enter.
Through breath, stillness, and deeply supported postures, we create a soft inner space where the nervous system can exhale and the heart can unfurl. Here, you’re invited to notice what happiness feels like when it’s quiet, when it’s subtle, when it’s born from presence rather than perfection.
Come rest into the possibility that happiness is not earned — it’s remembered.
Come claim what has always been yours.
With love, Matina
