Doran Wah
Restorative Yoga graduate from OASIS batch #4
A driven, deeply reflective soul, guided by intuition, purpose, and a powerful capacity for connection.
In a world that often asks us to toughen, move faster, or hold everything together, compassion can feel like a soft whisper easily overlooked. In this practice, we gently shift from what’s around us to what’s within — meeting ourselves with tenderness rather than expectation. Through slow breath and steady presence, we soften into our inner landscape, allowing sensations and emotions to rise and settle naturally, held in the spaciousness of compassion.
This is an invitation to come home to yourself — to rest, to receive, and to let everything be just as it is.
I’m Doran, and my approach to restorative yoga is grounded, gentle, and deeply intentional. I’ll guide our time together with warmth and steadiness, creating a supportive space where each person can return to their own rhythm. Rooted in presence, empathy, and quiet listening, this practice offers a nurturing environment to soften the edges of stress, refill your reserves, and reconnect with the compassionate essence that lives within you.
Everyone is warmly welcome — come exactly as you are.
With love,
Doran
