This Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to reconnect—with yourself, and with one another.
In the midst of everything life asks of us, it can be easy to forget to pause and ask, How am I, really? And just as easy to forget that someone around us may be quietly needing to know they are seen, remembered and cared for.
Through OASIS Connection: Remembering Me, Remembering You, we invite you to create a small ritual of connection. Keep a Remembrance Card for yourself as an invitation to pause, reflect and tend to your own inner world. Then share another with someone who may need a reminder that they are held in your thoughts.
And as we care for ourselves and one another, we extend that circle of care further. Proceeds from the OASIS Remembrance Cards will support relief efforts for communities affected by the floods in Nepal—a place and people who have shown me firsthand the extraordinary generosity of giving without expectation of return.
Perhaps this month, we remember that tending to our collective wellbeing begins with simple acts of human connection.
Remembering me. Remembering you. Remembering that none of us exists alone.
